Project Description

- Demo the existing garden tub and install a large lux bath shower and the shower walls laid down with a special order glass door, 3 shower faucets to 3 separate shower heads, 2 full-height corner caddies and a window kit. - Demo the existing shower, frame a wall with a door and drywall this into a closet w/ 4 sets of wire shelves on the back wall of the closet. - Install flooring overtop of the existing flooring in the bathroom, new closet, and toilet closet. - Install new baseboard to match the existing room with quarter round in the new closet; detach and reset quarter round in the rest of the bathroom. - Paint the new closet interior and exterior to match the existing bathroom, and paint the base trim and quarter round throughout the 3 bathroom areas.
