Shower faucet leak affecting bathroom and guest bedroom

Solutions provided:

The shower faucet leaked, affecting the floor in the bathroom and guest bedroom and crawlspace. We removed the wet vinyl flooring in the bedroom as well as drywall then set up drying equipment. In the bathroom, we removed the vanity, toilet and tile flooring. We set up air dryers and dehumidifiers to complete the drying process. Water had gotten into the crawlspace as well so we set up dehumidifiers to get the moisture out. We billed the homeowners insurance company, which saved them extra out of pocket expenses.
